Throughout his childhood, John Mahan spent summers on Cape Cod at his parents’ home in Dennis Port. His introduction to the Cape was, as he puts it, is when “my parents carried me down the stairs at Sea Street Beach when I was a week old.” With a lifelong connection to Cape Cod, it seemed only natural for John and his wife to move to Harwich, where they still reside, with their two young children in 1996.
Prior to moving to Cape Cod, John lived in the Worcester-Auburn area where he worked for Mass Electric for 10 years and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Utility Workers. When John and his family moved to the Cape, he worked at NSTAR for six years. John began his career in real estate in 2002 when he joined Team Waystack Realty in Harwich Port and has been a consistent top producing realtor in the Harwich area for the past 22 years. John’s approachable demeanor, combined with an integral understanding of Cape Cod’s residential real estate market, have allowed him to build trusting, long-term relationships with his clients, sellers and buyers.

Ron, originally from the Boston area, moved to Cape Cod in 2016. Through his seventeen years of experience in public safety, Ron has built countless relationships within the communities that he has served. Ron strives to exceed his client's expectations. Matt was lucky to be born and raised on beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the town of Harwich. His family has lived on Cape Cod for many generations and has been involved in the community in all sorts of ways. Growing up Matt attended the Harwich public school system and was the first graduating class of Monomoy Regional High School in 2015. He continued his education at Merrimack College where he graduated in 2019 as a business major with finance and management concentrations.
Since being licensed, Matt has dedicated his time to learning the Real Estate business by working with top agents who have decades of experience. Matt is full of energy, determination, and driven to help meet the wants and needs of his clients daily.

Jack Mallaghan along with his wife, Becky, raised their 3 sons in Needham, Massachusetts. Jack began his career in corporate America working for various financial institutions and major retailers in the high-tech world of IT as an employee and later as a business owner servicing clients. After retiring, Jack became a realtor in 2005 and later a broker.
Jack’s full-time relocation to Cape Cod in 2011 was natural having been a summer resident for more than 35 years. Owning homes in both Harwich and Dennis, Jack has extensive knowledge of all aspects of living on the Cape from housing values to recreation and entertainment.
